  1. What type of silver do you use in your jewelry?

All SanKish jewelry is crafted using 100% certified 925 sterling silver. That means 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% alloy (usually copper) for added strength and durability—perfect for long-term wear and tarnish resistance.

  1. Will the jewelry tarnish or lose its shine?

Over time, all silver naturally oxidizes and may slightly tarnish—especially with exposure to moisture or chemicals. But don’t worry! With proper care and occasional polishing, your SanKish jewelry will retain its shine for years. (Check out our Jewelry Care Guide for tips!)

  1. How do I know my ring or bracelet size?

We provide a detailed Size Guide on our product pages to help you choose the perfect fit. You can also measure an existing piece at home or contact our support team for assistance in choosing the right size.

  1. Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes! Our sterling silver jewelry is skin-safe, making it suitable for most sensitive skin types. If you have severe allergies, we recommend doing a patch test before wearing any new jewelry.

  1. Do you offer customization or engraving?

Currently, we offer limited customization depending on the product. For special engraving or design requests, please reach out to support@sankish.in or WhatsApp us directly, and we’ll do our best to help.

  1. How do I place an order?

Browse through our collections, select your preferred item(s), add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, or your SanKish Wallet balance.

  1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

We currently don’t offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are prepaid through secure and easy payment options like UPI, cards, or net banking. We promise—it’s quick and hassle-free!

  1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, and delivered within 4–10 business days across India. Once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor your package in real time.

  1. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept return or replacement requests only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/videos. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Earrings and custom-made items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization.

  1. How are refunds processed?

Refunds for eligible cases are issued as store credit to your SanKish Wallet, which can be used for future purchases. Wallet credits are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable.
