Cash on Delivery (COD)

The SanKish Wallet is a digital store credit account linked to your registered email or phone number. You may receive wallet credits from:

  • Approved refunds
  • Promotional offers
  • Gift credit or loyalty programs

Terms of Use

  • Wallet balance is valid for 12 months from the date of credit.
  • It can be applied during checkout for partial or full payments.
  • Wallet balance is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash or to a bank account.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation for prepaid methods.
  • If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is typically refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days. If the issue persists, contact us with proof of payment.
  • SanKish reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or verified in due time.

If we are unable to verify the authenticity of the transaction, the order may be cancelled and the amount refunded to the original source or SanKish Wallet, as applicable.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
