Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer nationwide shipping across India.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • All orders are shipped via reputed courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below the minimum amount.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or regional restrictions. SanKish is not liable for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery concerns.

 

  1. Return & Replacement Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.
  • You must share clear unboxing or defect photos/videos as proof to initiate the return process.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry.
  • Earrings (due to hygiene concerns).
  • Products bought during special sales or clearance events unless damaged/defective.
  • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the eligible return window.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@sankish.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9123456789 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Mention your order ID, issue description, and attach images/videos.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back to our address.
  5. After we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.
  6. Refund Policy

When are refunds issued?

  • If the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
  • If a cancelled order qualifies for a refund.
  • If a return request is approved and the returned item passes our inspection.

 

Refund Method: SanKish Wallet

All refunds will be issued as store credit to your SanKish Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website. This helps ensure faster resolution and a smoother experience for our valued customers.

  • Refunds are credited to your wallet within 3–5 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
  • Wallet credit has a validity of 12 months from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for minor design or color variations, as each product is handcrafted and may have natural inconsistencies.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned without authorization or outside the return window.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel an order, email us at support@sankish.in or message us via WhatsApp with your order ID.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may choose to initiate a return post-delivery if eligible.
